In your fifth year of study (not including any repeat years of study), and onwards, you are funded by the NHS.
If you are eligible you can receive:
Contact the Money and Housing Advice Service to discuss funding and intercalating as this can be a nuanced area to advise on. The funding available to you in this year, and when you return to studying, is dependent on where your intercalation course is, the level of course you attend and the year you choose to do this.
Important to know: It is year five of your course that you will move to NHS funding, rather than your fifth year of study – if for example you repeat a year of study. Contact the Money and Housing Advice Service if you need to repeat a year at all.
